The operating system for personal shoppers

You're already running a business. Now it looks like one.

Shopperquest turns requests from your DMs into quotes, invoices, and tracked orders your clients can trust. You do the hunting. It does the rest.

shopperquest.app/i/…
The branded Shopperquest invoice a client opens from a chat link.

The problem

Your business runs on screenshots and a spreadsheet.

One order lives in five places. The request in Instagram. The price in your notes. The tracking in an email. The payment in another app. The client asking "any update?" in your DMs. You keep it all in your head, and it works, until the month you grow.

How it works

From DM to doorstep.

The request

Every request becomes a quest.

Paste the DM and Shopperquest drafts the quest card: item, brand, size, budget, deadline. You confirm, it's on your board. Requests from your storefront skip the paste and arrive as quests on their own. Nothing gets lost in chat history again.

The invoice

Invoice like a boutique. Get paid your way.

A numbered invoice with your payment link on it. Bank transfer, PayPal, whatever you already use. Deposit and balance if that's how you work. The money goes straight to you. It never touches us.

The hunt

From purchase to doorstep, one trail.

Record what you paid. Add tracking. Attach receipts and proof photos. Every order keeps its whole story in one place, which is exactly what you want when a client asks questions three weeks later.

The update

Your clients always know where their order is.

Status pages and update emails your clients open from a DM, in their language, with your name on them. Fewer "any update?" messages. More "who does your invoices?"

The inbox

Every conversation, attached to its order.

Messages from your storefront and your forwarded email land in one inbox, linked to the right quest and client. Every quote, invoice, and status page gives your client a place to ask about their order, and the answer lives with the order. No more scrolling chat history to find what you promised.

An assistant that knows every order.

"Where's my order?" gets answered in seconds, from the order's own trail: status, tracking, photos. You choose how it works. Draft mode: it writes, you send. Autopilot: it replies for you, follows your rules, and brings you in the moment a conversation needs your judgment.

Where's my order? 🙏

The storefront

Your own storefront. Not another marketplace.

A page that sells you: your finds, your process, and a request form that starts new quests while you sleep. No pasting, no retyping. Share one link in your bio instead of "DM me."

Storefront requests land on your board tagged with their source.

Languages

Work in your client's language.

Your app in English. Their invoice in Japanese, and it reads like it came from a department store, not from a translation. Every quote, invoice, and update sends in your client's language. English and Japanese today. More on the way.

Your clients. Your money. Your business.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Do you process payments?

No. You attach your own payment link to every invoice. Clients pay you directly. We never hold your money.

Is this a marketplace?

No. Your clients are yours. Nobody can find, poach, or message them through us.

Does AI talk to my clients?

Only if you turn that on. Out of the box it drafts replies from the order's history and you send them. On autopilot it answers routine questions for you, follows your rules and risk settings, and hands the conversation to you the moment one needs your judgment. You can see every message either way.

Can it read my Instagram or LINE messages?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Your storefront and your email connect today. Every quote, invoice, and status page gives your client a direct line about their order, so the conversations that matter end up here on their own.

What languages does it work in?

Every client document and update email sends in your client's language, not yours. English and Japanese today. More languages are coming; the product was built for this from day one.

What if I leave?

Export your clients and orders as CSV any time.

Do I need a website?

No. Your storefront is your page. If you have a site, link it.

What does it cost?

Free to start. Paid plans grow with your paid-order volume. See pricing.
